I Vincent Okuja the website owner and other artists from Uganda are currently working with an organization called LET ART TALK whose objective is to empower communities through art and help them solve their problems through art.

We offer therapeutic art and i am the art therapist for this organization,we try to heal the minds of the traumatized children through art.We are currently doing a one year project in Gulu,a district in northern uganda that has gone through war for the last 23 year. The target has been the children who have been recruted into the army as child soldiers they are raped, tortured, killed and others have lost their family. The hope that they once had can be reconciled through therapeutic art and empowerment.

We empower this Children by offering them art skills that will help them in future instead of doing other dubious things that are not developmental. We offer a variaty of art fields from print making, painting, textiles, design,

illustration, photography,Sculpture and so on.We often invite international and national artists and therapists to come and offer their professional skills to these children of SOWAC- School of War Affected Children which is 5kms from the town of Gulu.

We welcome everyone to come and work with us Let art talk an organization started by a professional Ugandan Print artist Fred Mutebi. For more information you can contact me on:- vknice2005@yahoo.com,  or info@letarttalk.org,  website:www.letarttalk.org              Mobile:+256 782 793 485.
